With over 30 years experience in property and as a landlord,  I ventured out with Sunshine Endeavours Ltd with an aim to provide better quality and affordable housing to tenants.

Shortly into my journey I came across students who were struggling to find and rent suitable housing and allowed them to stay in one of my properties which was located close to the university.

Since then, I've been providing homes for students to live in every year across the country. As a family run business, we look to ensure that our students are well-looked after, comfortable and safe in our houses.
